[00:00:02] The buyers we'll call the black ants. They're the primary home buyer dynamic in their age, between 27 and 42 years of age, and they face significant headwinds as the Federal Reserve kept raising the interest rates. Since 2022, it's just been hiking, hiking, hiking going up. And most of the buyers that are in the position to buy say, I don't want to pay that much money for going ahead and buying a home and having to pay more in my mortgage. So despite their frustrations, these buyers were still navigating a market where property property values remain relatively steady, making it clear that waiting could lead to higher costs in the long run for a home due to continued appreciation.
